So this is me, my name is Daniele and in 2023 I decided to turn what for many years was a hobby, into a real and true business: I finally began my farm, “THE MILL OF ANTIRATA”.

The name is not creative, but it’s dedicated to the mill which, although no longer in working order, still physically exists and worked continuously up until the first half of the 20th century providing for all of the inhabitants in the surrounding areas.

You can find me in Antirata, a small village in Città di Castello (Perugia), situated in the hills to the north-east of the town, on that strip of land where, in the space of a few kilometres, four regions meet: Umbria, Tuscany, Marche and Emilia-Romagna.
